About us A small company with passion. Why go with Coffee adventures? What do the travel books and guest write ? Coffee Adventures is run by Terry and Hans van der Vooren In 1998 we emigrated from busy Holland to Panama and took over a small coffee farm Fina Habbus de kwie. 
On the farm you find Tinamou Cottage a romantic hideway existing out of 3 cotages.Next to the farm we organize nature and coffee excursions. A small company with passion Our little tour company "coffee Adventures" started as a hobby, and after more than five years, the passion for our "work" is only getting stronger. Being small guarantees a very personal service, it's like going out with friends. We love to show you the wonders of Panama's nature. And it's always a joy to see the reaction of somebody how discovers the excellence of the Panamanian Coffee. Being small is also a way of keeping the impact of our activity on nature minimal. Nature in Panama is very special and we like to keep it this way, we therefore sincerely hope you will be affected  by our passion for nature. Staying small and the passion is our secret! What makes a Coffee Adventures tour special ?All our excursions are Spanish, English or Dutch spoken quality tours. Quality tours means, we will be your guide / host and you may expect a knowledgeable guide and only the best trails, bird watching spots, safety, and the best transport. Nature tours and bird watching excursions are always private tours, you are in control, you set the pace! For hiking we go on trails around Boquete and all over the province of Chiriqui. Bird watching is Terry's specialty she will find you a location tailored to your wishes and the time of the year. Our coffee tour on the Kotowa Coffee plantation is now considered as one of the best coffee tours in Latin America. All excursions and tours are complete, no unpleasant surprises. All prices are inclusive of entree fees, transport, guide and Catering is possible in different levels. We use good modern/new well maintained and therefore save 7 passenger 4 wheel drive SUV's (there is no advertising on our car's !). 
Safety first!If possible we have transportation on/or close to the tour destination. We carry, insect/snake kits, first aid kit, radio and/or cell phone. Pricing. Only the 9AM Coffee tour is a group tour, all other tours are always affordable private tours. All prices listed on this web site are for a small group of only two persons The price will be lower depending the higher number of people in your group. There is no difference in Quality between a half day or full day excursion. Day trips can have up to 12 hours and in general more km's (up to 350Km) and some times a extra driver.
