Tinamou cottage is a small jungle lodge Located in the cool Boquete highlands on our private forest reserve and Coffee estate Finca Habbus de Kwie. You have a choice out of three romantic cottages privately situated in the forest. The Little Tinamou The little Tinamou is situated between the shade grown Arabica Coffee trees next to a small stream and the forest. This romantic cottage has a cosy sitting area, small kitchen and bath room and a nice porch looking over a small stream into the forest. The perfect place for you morning coffee (organic ! and from our plantation naturally). The Little Tinamou sleep 2 (3) persons. The Great and Highland Tinamou With more than double the size of the Little Tinamou they are very luxurious and spacious. Boht are secluded and very privately situated in the forest on the estate. In both cottages you will find a cozy separate living room with a open kitchen. In the romantic master bedroom you will find a beautiful canopy bed. If you like to bring friends or family? No problem, if you wish we can make the second bedroom available. And a fifth person can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. From your porch you will look into the canopy and on a clear day you can really see forever ! The Great & Highland Tinamou sleep 2 to 4 (5) persons and if you wish suitable for a longer stay. All the comfort you need amongst nature. You will find Tinamou Cottage very comfortable and cozy. There is TV and Through out the cottage and on porch, you will find beautiful comfortable colonial style furniture. Very good bed(s) with orthopedic mattresses and the finest European style bedding A beautiful bathroom with warm water and a well equipped kitchen. We have WiFi Internet on the estate. (no charge) Nature & Bird watching Everything on the property is situated and planted with nature in mind with a minimum of landscaping, nature is the boss even our Coffee grows wild ! For hours you can walk on our private trail system which leads you through the forest to little streams with small water falls. Up to now we counted over 143 bird spices only on the Habbus de Kwie plantation ! Location You will find Tinamou Cottage just out of town a good 40 minutes hike or +/-5 minutes by car/taxi from the Boquete center. We will pick you up in down town Boquete on arrival if you wish. |
